At Huzaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home office and gaming setup. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original box with all components, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
